The Government has announced that construction could start on the Defence establishment in 2015, part of the creation of the DNRC on the Stanford Hall Estate.

Planning proposals approved by Rushcliffe Borough Council
At a meeting of its Development Control Committee, Rushcliffe Borough Council resolved to grant planning permission (subject to signing a Section 106 Agreement) for the redevelopment of the Stanford Hall estate as the potential site for the DNRC.
